Look all the above is true and even I am guilty myself of saying things like this, because sometimes it’s the answer thats easiest to give. But we all know that for ADHD brains its like telling us to just “try harder” or even “just focus”. It’s all well and good but for ADHD nervous systems, it’s not that simple.

Rest is something your body has to believe is safe.
